At HenWorld, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help — with just a few simple conditions.

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns on items that are:

• Unused
• In their original packaging
• With tags intact

Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

Please note: Returns are not accepted on personalised goods.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your return.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How to Return an Item:

1. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging.
2. Include your Order Number (found on your emailed invoice).
3. Add a brief note stating the reason for the return.
