CONFETTI BALLOONS

Confetti Balloons can be air or helium filled. To air fill them you will need a balloon pump and fill with air until balloon is clear, then tie the balloon. You then rub the balloon where the confetti is to create static. The static helps the confetti stick to the sides. Then Voila you are done.
We can helium fill them in henworld for €2 per confetti balloon including ribbon and a weight. Please note confetti balloons will only stay afloat for 8 to 12 hours.
